Who is eligible to participate in the raffle?
Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the United States. Employees of the organizing committee and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How can I enter the raffle?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website. Each ticket purchase enters you into the raffle. No purchase necessary entries are available by mailing a request to our office.
What are the ticket limits for the raffle?
Each participant is limited to purchasing a maximum of 10 tickets to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all entrants.
When will the raffle drawing take place?
The raffle drawing is scheduled for October 2026. Winners will be notified via email and announced on our website.
What happens if I win a prize?
Winners will be contacted directly and provided with instructions on how to claim their prizes. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing.

White Mountain Get Away Raffle Rules
Overview
The Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is conducting the White Mountain Get Away Raffle to raise funds for its operations and to support other 501(c)(3) charities. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Arizona raffle regulations.
Eligibility
· Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
· No purchase is necessary to participate, subject to Arizona law. To enter without purchase, send a written request with your name, address, phone number, and email to: SERCC/Raffle, P.O. Box 31, Springerville, AZ 85938. Limit one free entry per person.
· Participants need not be residents of Arizona or the United States to purchase tickets or win prizes, subject to compliance with applicable laws in the participant’s jurisdiction.
· Employees, officers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce or the White Mountain Get Away Raffle Committee are ineligible to participate.
Ticket Purchase
· A maximum of 10,000 raffle tickets will be sold.
· Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Current ticket prices and payment methods will be specified on the official raffle website, wmgetawayraffle.com, at the time of purchase.
· Online ticket purchases are subject to verification and compliance with Arizona and federal laws governing online raffles. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local laws.
· For purchases by check, include your full name, address, phone number, and email address. Mail checks to: SERCC/Raffle, P.O. Box 31, Springerville, AZ 85938.
· All ticket purchases are final; no refunds will be issued.
· An email confirmation will be sent to ticket purchasers from wmgetawayraffle@gmail.com upon successful purchase.

Charity Fund Distribution
After expenses and prize costs, the net raffle proceeds will be distributed as follows:
- The Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce will retain two-thirds (2/3) of the net proceeds as its primary funding source.
- The remaining one-third (1/3) of the net proceeds will be awarded as grants to the three selected charities:
- First selected charity: 50% of the one-third net proceeds.
- Second selected charity: 25% of the one-third net proceeds.
- Third selected charity: 25% of the one-third net proceeds.
The Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to verify the eligibility of charities and disqualify any that do not meet 501(c)(3) requirements.
Prizes
· The primary prize includes an Overland truck, which will be displayed at various events and locations from April to October 17, 2026. Some wear and tear or mileage may occur due to display.
· If fewer than 6897 tickets are sold, the raffle will convert to a 50/50 cash prize, with the winning ticket holder receiving 50% of net proceeds (after expenses) as a cash prize. No prize substitutions are allowed.
· Winners may register the prize in any name of their choosing, subject to applicable tax reporting requirements.
· Winners are not required to accept prizes. Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce, and no compensation will be provided for prizes not accepted.
· Winners must claim prizes within sixty (60) days of the drawing date, or the prize will be forfeited and remain with the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce.
· Travel will be booked to occur in 2027.
Tax Responsibilities
· Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including IRS gambling taxes (approximately 24% for U.S. residents, subject to change based on IRS regulations).
· The fair market value of prizes will be reported to the IRS under the winner’s Social Security Number (or equivalent tax identification number for non-U.S. residents).
· Winners must pay the applicable gambling tax to the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce prior to taking possession of prizes. The Chamber will forward the tax payment to the IRS.
· If a cash prize is awarded, winners may use it to offset gambling tax obligations, but any remaining tax liability is the winner’s responsibility.
· Sales tax on prizes is paid by the White Mountain Get Away Raffle Committee at the time of prize purchase.
Drawing and Notification
· The raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM MST at a venue to be announced on wmgetawayraffle.com no later than April 30, 2026.
· Winners need not be present to win.
· Winners will be notified via the phone number and/or email provided during ticket purchase. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
· The drawing will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, overseen by the White Mountain Get Away Raffle Committee.
Publicity
· By purchasing a ticket, participants grant the White Mountain Get Away Raffle Committee permission to publish their first name, city, and photograph on wmgetawayraffle.com and related promotional materials if selected as a winner.
· Winners are encouraged, but not required, to provide a testimonial about their prize experience for promotional purposes.
Privacy
· Email addresses and personal information collected during ticket purchases are for the exclusive use of the White Mountain Get Away Raffle Committee and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
· Personal information will be used solely for raffle administration, winner notification, and tax reporting purposes.
Additional Terms
· The Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if circumstances arise that make it impractical or illegal to continue, including insufficient ticket sales or legal restrictions. In such cases, ticket purchasers will be notified, and refunds may be issued at the Chamber’s discretion.
· The raffle is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local jurisdiction’s laws.
· By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce, which are final and binding.
