Need not be present to win.
Need not be an Arizona resident.
Purchases by check must include phone number to facilitate reaching winner if ticket is drawn.

Raffle winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Winners must take possession of prizes within sixty (60) days of winning.
Applicable taxes are determined at time of winning by value provided by World Wide RV in
Wagon Wheel, Arizona and by Epic Motorsports Show Low, Arizona.
The winner of the Grand Prize must pay the applicable taxes, based on the values of the prizes to
the Springerville-Eagar Chamber of Commerce prior to taking possession of prizes. The
Springerville-Eagar Chamber forwards the taxes to the IRS under the social security number of
the winner.
Pursuant to income tax guidelines, we will submit 25% of the value of the prize package.
Purchasing a ticket gives the White Mountain Get Away Committee permission to publish your
first name and city on August 17, 2025.
4595 raffle tickets must be sold by August 14, 2024 to give away the 2024 Jayco Redhawk
Motorhome plus the 2025 Ranger XP Crew and $30,000 cash
Less than 3570 tickets sold will result in a prize of 50% of the net proceeds. The winning ticket
will receive 50% of the net proceeds as cash instead of the Jayco Redhawk Motorhome, the
Ranger XP Crew and the cash prize.
No prize substitutions allowed.
If so desired, winner does not have to accept prize(s) but will not be compensated for prize(s) not
taken, in which case prize(s) will remain in the possession of the the Springerville-Eagar
Chamber of Commerce.

Drawing will be held Saturday, August 16, 2024 at 7:00 PM at The Gateway and posted to

will happen as unit is displayed until August 2025.
